Henry G. Seibels, III

Henry Seibels joined Carruthers Real Estate Company in February 2005 as a broker after a twenty-five year career with one of Alabama’s largest commercial brokerage companies. Henry specializes in commercial sales and leasing and he concentrates his efforts in the Birmingham metropolitan area. Henry’s clients value his expertise, his ability to close deals, and his expansive contact list, as evidenced by his membership in the Million Dollar Sales Club (Lifetime) and the Vulcan award for career sales achievement. Prior to entering the commercial real estate business Henry was in the advertising and marketing business in Atlanta for six years. Henry graduated from the University of Virginia with a B.A. Henry and his wife have two daughters, one in banking and the other in high school. Henry is an avid runner having run four marathons, and he enjoys canoeing and kayaking.
