transaction valued at $1.84 M at Regency and Briarwood Manor Apartments in the
Eastwood area. Property Managers, Inc. is the new manager of the two complexes.

in Downtown Birmingham. The tenant, Razzleberries, leased approximately 1,400

August, 2009:
Charles Robinson represented the purchaser in
the sale of Golf View Apartments which is an 18-unit apartment complex in
Roebuck that sold for $556,960. RCK, LLC was the purchaser and Golf View, LLC
was the seller.

signing a lease with Five Star Tax Service at the East Lake Professional Center
on 1st Ave. N.
July 2009:
Charles Robinson represented the seller in
the sale of Sussex Apartments located at 1165-69 14th Ave S in Birmingham. Charles Robinson represented the seller in the sale of an apartment complex
located at 7745 Madrid Ave., also in Birmingham. Both transactions closed July
1, 2009.
April 2009:
Charles Robinson represented seller Eastern
Investors, LLC in the sale of the 11,000 SF Eastlake Professional Center at 8436
1st Ave N.

represented the landlord in signing a new lease with Innovative Office
Solutions, a Church and Stagg Company. IOS will occupy 6,127 SF at the
Southpoint Building on Southside.

renewing both a 2-year lease with Argent at 2949 18th St S in Homewood and a
2-year lease with Seibels at 2927 18th St S in Homewood.
W. Paul Scruggs & Associates, a real estate
appraisal and consulting firm, has relocated its corporate offices to 300
